When you work with us, you have found a collaborator with unmatched customer service and superior quality. You can use one of our designs or bring us your own. You are also welcome to visit our showroom where we have sample rails, lots of pictures and great ideas.
The process starts with your inquiry, either through our website, email, or a phone call. Our office manager, Gina, has 20 years of experience. She will answer your questions, can give rough estimates, and set up your in-home appointment with Shawn O’Brien. At the appointment, Shawn will take measurements, go over style and color options, provide a hand-drawn sketch, and answer any remaining questions. With over 25 years of experience, Shawn is not only the owner/president, he’s skilled in every part of the business.
After your appointment, you’ll receive a written estimate clearly indicating the scope of work, terms, and lead time to complete your project.
All our work is custom fabricated; we do not prefabricate any products. Our shop is led by one of our owners, Dan O’Brien, who has almost 30 years of experience. Great care is used to guarantee code compliant and aesthetically pleasing work. Material is measured, cut, precisely laid out and welded together. The grinding process smooths the welds and creates an even finish.
Once your product is fabricated, pieces are sandblasted to create a clean surface and a zinc rich primer is applied. The final touch is a powder coated finish that is applied in our shop.
